# What happens with my open/orders?
All current orders from ColorMailer, FastLab and NetFoto will be produced and delivered as usual. You don’t have to do anything – except anticipate the joyous delivery of your photo products!

# What happens with my personal data and my stored images?
You can now easily login at www.pixum.co.uk with your account data (email and password). All stored photos from your account are stored in the area "My Pixum" in private online albums where you can add new photos easily and quickly (up to 1 GB free).

# What happens with my account & credit card data?
Pixum will not takeover your bank and credit card information stored at ColorMailer, FastLab and NetFoto. Because your bank and credit card information is stored on secure servers at Pixum, you will have to enter these for your first order at Pixum.

# Why do I have to accept the Terms & Conditions?
We would like to make your start on the Pixum website and the use of our services as easy as possible. Because the Pixum website offers a variety of new services and options, it is legally necessary for you to accept our general terms & conditions before you can continue shopping at Pixum.

# Can I continue to order through the ColorMailer, FastLab and NetFoto websites?
Ordering on the previous websites from ColorMailer, FastLab and NetFoto is unfortunately no longer possible. From now on you can easily order your photo products on www.pixum.co.uk. There you will find a modern website with clear navigation, more products and many more great features.

# I still have ColorMailer, FastLab or NetFoto vouchers – can I use these for Pixum?
Vouchers from campaigns and offers from ColorMailer, FastLab or NetFoto, are unfortunately not valid for Pixum. In our newsletter you will regularly find special offers and you will also be the first to be informed of news, competitions and photography tips. If you have any gift vouchers (purchased) for ColorMailer, FastLab or NetFoto, please notify us after placing the order so we can credit you for it. Placing an order through the order software from ColorMailer, FastLab and NetFoto is unfortunately no longer possible. The high-quality Pixum photo products can be ordered quickly and easily on the Pixum website. For the Pixum Photo Book you can download the free Pixum Photo Book software here.

# Why can’t I order an online photo book at Pixum?
The multiple award-winning xum Photo Book software offers numerous designs and options that are not always available in an online software. We are however working on an online version of our Pixum Photo Book software. Until then, you can download the free Pixum Photo Book software available for Windows, Mac and Linux users here. Profit from the many new creation options and a big product selection with various formats, colours and covers.

# I do not wish to receive any further emails from Pixum, how can I unsubscribe the newsletter?
If you no longer want to receive special offers, vouchers and news about Pixum and digital photography, please click here. On this page you can login to your account and go to the area "My Pixum" where you can change your newsletter subscription settings.

# Can I continue to order my pictures through Picasa/Flickr/Facebook?
A direct order of your images through the online platforms Picasa, Flickr and Facebook is currently not available. Pixum however does offer a free Picasa-Plugin, with which you can easily upload your photos to Pixum.

# Will Pixum deliver to my country?
Pixum delivers photo products throughout Europe. In most countries we even offer a direct Pixum website in the language of your country.
Visit us on www.pixum.co.uk to select your country and to find the offers, prices and delivery terms for your country!
If you would like to deliver your products to a different country (within Europe) you can add an alternative delivery address in the shopping basket of our online shop. This is unfortunately not possible for Pixum Photo Book orders.
