According to its size and weight, Pixum sends your goods per post or DHL.

Despatch as large letter per post

If your order consists of photo prints up to the format of 12"x8", you can assume your goods to be sent per post as large letters. This way your order is delivered directly into your letter box as fast as a normal letter.

Goods sent this way do not receive a number of despatch. If you are afraid your order might not be delivered to the correct address, please contact our customer service. We will make sure your order is delivered correctly.

Despatch as parcel per DHL

If your order contains unusually heavy or bulky products or a large number of photos, you can assume your goods to be sent per DHL as parcels. In this case, you can contact our customer service as soon as we have received your order, and this way find out where your goods are. You can contact our customer service by email.

If an order is sent per DHL, you have to confirm its reception by signature. In case you are not at home, your parcel is stored at the next post office or given to one of your neighbours where you can get it. Of course, you wil be informed about the intended delivery.
