Our postage costs per order depend on the delivered product(s) and volume.
You can find the information on the delivery costs either on the relevant product page in our shop under the "Prices & Postage" tab or in our general price list.
In general, your order will arrive in agreement with the following production and delivery times:

Additionally, you can always view the current status of your order(s) in your personal "My Pixum" area under "My orders". As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will be informed by email.
It goes without saying that we always try to produce and deliver all your orders as quickly as possible. Should it happen that you feel that the delivery of your order is taking longer than usual, please get in touch with our Customer Service.
Pixum cooperates with different local carriers, depending on your country of delivery.
The type of sending (letter or parcel) and the packaging always depend on the order's product(s) and volume.
We deliver our products to the whole of Europe. Many countries also have their own Pixum-website, ideally in the country's language.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept post boxes as delivery addresses.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send individual orders by express delivery. More information here.
Canvas prints are difficult to ship in one delivery with other products, due to the different sizes. Therefore, deliveries with canvas prints will most often be split into two separate deliveries - at no extra cost for you.
This can mean that the goods will reach you with some time in between. Should you not receive the second part of your order within 2-3 working days after the first, please get in touch with us.
Photo books are always shipped separate from other Pixum products, as orders via the EasyBook Software are dealt with separate from orders via the Pixum Online Shop. Please note, that in this case separate postage and packaging costs will be applied. Find an overview in our shop pricelist or our photo book pricelist.
For all other orders that do not fulfill one of the points mentioned above, it is not possible to split the deliveries (e.g. photo prints first and gifts later. Please also have a look here).
For all orders in the Pixum online shop, you can indicate a billing as well as a (differing) delivery address during the order process.
Should you have ordered at Pixum before, the three addresses used last will be shown in your order date overview. Should you not need to enter a new address, you can select one of the indicated addresses with one mouse click.
For photo book orders our EasyBook Software will automatically ask you to indicate a delivery address.
All our products will be shipped safely and packaged according to the ordered products.
Should a sending have been damaged nevertheless, please contact our Customer Service with the order number and, ideally, a photo of the damaged product or packaging.
