: How do I redeem a voucher?
The following instructions will help you to redeem your vouchers:
- Choose and order your products.
- Open your shopping cart.
- You have here the possibility to redeem your voucher.
Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order!

The voucher will be taken into account when you click on >Redeem voucher<

Make sure that the value of your voucher has been deducted from the total value of your shopping cart.

Click then on >Pay<.

Please note: Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the order has been sent. If you encounter problems while trying to redeem your voucher, please cancel your order and send us an email.
