Delivery at Pixum

Everything to know about the delivery of your photo products.

Delivery & Production Times

Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will be shipped either with Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping or DX Secure Flex. The average shipping period is 3 to 5 working days. How long it takes before your order is shipped depends on your ordered product. Photo prints, for example, will be produced in 1-2 working days, while a canvas print will take a couple of days longer.

Check the status of your current order from the comfort of your sofa! With the latest version of our Pixum app, you can check on your order at any time.

Tip: In the Pixum app, you can also copy, edit or reorder easily!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. For larger orders delivered with Amazon Shipping, you can track your order. No tracking option is available for parcels dispatched with Royal Mail or DX Secure Flex.
