I am not fully satisfied with my order - What can I do?

We do everything we can to make sure our products reach you in perfect condition. In case your order is not delivered as you would have expected, please contact us immediately. To guarantee a fast processing of your claim, please photograph the parts of the products you wish to claim and send one or more photographs to us.

Please take the following steps:

  • Then select the category "Complaint".
  • Enter your order number in the required field.
  • Please describe your complaint in the text area.
  • Upload your attachments with the button below. Please make sure your attachments are in .jpg-format and the total of attachments is not bigger than 10 MB.
  • We will check your claim immediately and contact you as soon as possible.
