Pixum Delivery & Production Times

Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will be shipped either with >>>Royal Mail or UPS<<<. The average shipping period is 3 to 5 working days.How long will it takes before your order is shipped depends on your ordered product. Photo prints, for example, will be produced in 1-2 working days, while a canvas print will take a couple of days longer.

working days = from Monday to Friday (not on national & bank holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If it's a larger parcel shipped with UPS, you will also receive a tracking link to follow your order on its way to you. No tracking option is available for parcels dispatched with Royal Mail.
