Design and order your photo products as usual with Pixum

Photos of shared experiences awaken the most beautiful memories and connect us with our favourite people. Designing and gifting personal photo products is therefore something very special in every situation. And of course you can continue doing this as usual with Pixum.

Currently there are no restrictions for your orders with Pixum.

We make sure that your personal gifts and souvenirs are sent safely to you and your loved ones. To this end, we have taken all necessary steps at an early stage to protect the health of our employees during the current situation and at the same time to ensure careful production and delivery to you - our customer.

FAQs - Frequently asked questions around the current situation

Can I continue ordering at Pixum?

Our production labs are well positioned throughout Europe. Even if one plant is not producing or not producing to full capacity, orders can be electronically redirected directly to other labs and sent from there. In addition, we work in a strictly separated shift system in our production to keep the risk for employees as low as possible.

As usual, you can design and order all Pixum photo products from the comfort of your own home: via our website, our free photoworld software or with the Pixum App directly from your Smartphone. For the delivery of your order we currently recommend sending it directly to your home by post.

Will the delivery take longer?

Currently, we can complete your orders in the usual speed. If the delivery is carried out by a parcel service commissioned by us, there may be slightly longer delivery times of about one day. All service providers still work reliably and do everything to deliver your order on time.

Can I be infected via photo products?

Neither our products nor the packaging pose a virus risk. The hygiene measures in our factories and dispatch centres have been tightened and compliance with them is regularly checked. The receipt of packages and products is considered safe by the experts. How does Pixum protect its employees and products?

The majority of our employees who work on computers have the opportunity to work from home. In our offices we make sure that we keep sufficient distance from each other. In our production we work in a strictly separated shift system to keep the risk for the employees as low as possible. With these and many other measures we do everything necessary to ensure that our employees are protected and that your photo products can still be ordered and delivered.
