Photo book: Pixum Photo Book delivery
I need my Pixum Photo Book before a certain date. Is that possible?
No, we can not guarantee a certain delivery date.
Usually you will receive your Pixum Photo Book within 5-7 working days after your order.
Booklets & linen covers are often delivered earlier.
With hard cover and books with larger formats the delivery might be delayed.
Especially after the summer holidays, before Christmas or before Mother's Day longer delivery times can be expected.
Naturally we will inform you automatically per email as soon as your Pixum Photo Book is printed, packed and despatched.
Who will deliver my Pixum Photo Book?
We send our Pixum Photo Books per post. In case you are not at home when the delivery takes place, you will be informed.
How will my Pixum Photo Book be packed?
We send all Pixum Photo Book in a special book packaging. These were specially developed for the shipment of books and protect your Pixum Photo Book during transport.
Should you ever have any reason for complaint, please contact our Support directly.
Can my Pixum Photo Book be delivered to a different address?
You can, of course, enter a different delivery address when placing your order. First, you have to enter your own address as the billing address. Then select the payment method of your choice.
A new window will open and you will be able choose if you want your Pixum Photo Book to be delivered to your billing address or to an alternative address. To do so, just uncheck the checkbox " Send order to my billing address" and type in your new delivery address. If you choose to have your Pixum Photo Book delivered to an alternative address, the price will not appear on the despatch note.
Please make sure that the delivery address and the billing address are in the same country!
Can my Pixum Photo Book be despatched abroad?
Please note the following details regarding international Pixum Photo Book orders:
- You must use the version which corresponds to the country of delivery. We advise you to pay close attention to the version before downloading the Photo Book software.
- The billing address has to be in the same country as the delivery address.
- In case you have already downloaded the software and created a Pixum Photo Book, but you are unable to order because of the country of delivery, please proceed as follows:
1. Save your Pixum Photo Book project on your computer.
2. Deinstall the current version of the Pixum Photo Book software from your computer.
3. Select the country of delivery on www.pixum.com and click on the button "Photo book".
4. Download a new version of the software (you can check if this version is the correct one with the country flag).
5. Then open the software. You will find your saved project in the top menu under "Open".
Please note: the versions of the deinstalled software and your new software have to match in order to open your project in the new Pixum Photo Book software.
