Service: Information and tips to use our search feature efficiently
You can enter your question or search keyword in the entry field of our search function in the upper right corner on every Pixum page.
Right next to the entry field for your keywords or questions you can select if you want to search for results through our products, our help area, or both. Simply click on the arrow right next to the second entry field and select the chosen area(s).
You can optimize your search by using a few tricks:
- "Mug yellow" (with quotation marks) provides only results that contain exactly what is written between the quotation marks.
- Mug AND yellow as well as +Mug +yellow provide results that contain the keyword Mug as well as the keyword yellow.
- Mug NOT yellow as well as Mug -yellow provide results that contain the keyword Mug, but not the keyword yellow.
Our service area provides an advanced search you can use as well. Simply click on the tab "Service" and then on "Help & FAQ". Now you are in the Help area of our Service centre. Click on "Advanced search" under the search entry fiels to specify your search.
